Chandigarh, August 5: While ensuring successful implementation of Mukhya Mantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana (MMPSY), Haryana Government has finalized Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) along with fixing the responsibility of either ADC/CTM/Nodal Officer as designated by Deputy Commissioner, to get the needful done in a stipulated period and strictly as per the SOPs to be implemented at the district level.
A decision in this regard was taken in the meeting of the Council of Ministers held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal here today.
As per the official data, under the MMPSY scheme sanctions amounting to Rs. 270.84 crore to the 8,77,538 families have been issued.
After resuming the enrolment process with effect from May 15, 2021, the citizen can also apply directly by following the link https://cm-psy.haryana.
Subsequent to the verification of income and other details by Citizen Resources Information Department (CRID), the payment process will be Initiated by the Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management (SJHIFM). All the payments shall be disbursed out of the fresh data received on portal with effect from May 15, 2021, the date of re-opening of the scheme.
Enrollment under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), has been made mandatory for all eligible members of the family.
All the eligible family members have to opt one of the three Maandhan schemes namely Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maandhan Yojana (PMKMY), Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Mandhan (PMSYMY) and Pradhan Mantri Laghu Vyapari Mandhan (PMLVMY).
The premium amount deposited by the beneficiary for all the mandatory schemes under MMPSY shall be reimbursed by the State Government.
In case, if the premium amount exceeds the ceiling of Rs. 6000/ it will be borne by the State Government.
Beneficiaries who haven't taken the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Banks will encourage and persuade the beneficiaries to take these two schemes through their LDMS in the districts.
Agriculture and Labour Departments, being the nodal departments for Implementation of all the three Maandhan schemes (PMKMY, PMSYMDY and PMLVMY), shall encourage and persuade the beneficiaries about the advantages to take the schemes under MMPSY.
Disposal of applications at CSC level or with T.O. is brought into the ambit of 'Right to Services’ by virtue of which all pendency of applications has to be disposed-off within a three-week time.
To oversee and expedite the activities associated with MMPSY at the district level, Deputy Commissioner is authorized to designate a nodal officer of the rank of ADC or CTM to get the activities performed as per the prescribed timeline.
