Chandigarh, August 9 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the matter regarding the share of Haryana in Panjab University, Chandigarh was placed before the Union Home Minister, Sh. Amit Shah in the meeting of the North Zonal Council which was Chaired by him. The Home Minister has assured to consider this matter.

The Chief Minister was speaking during the discussion on the non-official resolution moved by MLA Smt. Geeta Bhukkal regarding Haryana's share in the Panjab University on the second day of the Monsoon Session of the Haryana Vidhan Sabha here today. The non-official resolution was passed unanimously in the house.
