Chandigarh, July 8: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has expressed condolences on the demise of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Sh. Virbhadra Singh.

Sh. Virbhadra Singh was 87 years old and breathed his last this morning after battling a prolonged illness.

In a condolence message issued today, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the demise of the senior politician who was former Union Minister and former Chief Minister of Devbhoomi Himachal Pradesh, Late Sh. Virbhadra Singh is an irreparable loss whose passing marks the end of an era of politics. 

The Chief Minister prayed to God to give strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.

Sh. Virbhadra Singh had served as Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh six times and had been an MLA nine times.  Along with this, he was also elected MP five times.
