Chandigarh, June 14 – The preparations to celebrate the 9th International Yoga Day are in full swing in Haryana. Keeping in view the importance of 21st June, Yoga Asanas are being done by the government and non-governmental organizations as per the protocol to mark the International Yoga Day.
Giving this information here today, an official spokesperson said that according to the programme issued by the Directorate of AYUSH, Haryana, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal will be Chief Guest in Panipat and Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala will be Chief Guests in the programme organized in Panchkula on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
Similarly, on International Yoga Day, Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Sh. Gian Chand Gupta will attend the programme as Chief Guest in Kurukshetra, Deputy Speaker of Legislative Assembly Sh. Ranbir Singh Gangwa in Bhiwani, Home and Health and AYUSH Minister, Sh. Anil Vij in Ambala, School Education Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal in Yamunanagar, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma in Palwal, Energy Minister, Chaudhary Ranjit Singh Chautala in Fatehabad, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister, Sh. J.P. Dalal in Sonipat, Cooperation Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal in Narnaul (Mahendregarh), Urban Local Bodies Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta in Rohtak, Development and Panchayats Minister, Sh. Devender Singh Babli in Hisar, Minister of State for Sainik and Ardh-Sainik Welfare, Sh. Om Prakash Yadav in Jhajjar, Minister of State for Women and Child Development, Smt Kamlesh Dhanda in Jind and Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Sh. Anoop Dhanak in Kaithal as Chief Guests.
The spokesperson further apprised that Union Minister of State for Statistics and Programme Implementation and Planning, Sh. Rao Inderjit Singh will be the Chief Guest on Yoga Day in Rewari, Minister of State for Heavy Industries, Public Enterprises and Energy Sh. Krishan Pal Gurjar in Faridabad. Similarly, MP, Sh. Dharambir Singh in Gurugram, MP, Sh. Sanjay Bhatia in Karnal, Dr. Arvind Sharma in Charkhi Dadri, MP Smt. Sunita Duggal in Sirsa and Rajya Sabha MP Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar will be the Chief Guests in Nuh.
The spokesman said that among the ministers and MPs who will be present as special guests on Yoga Day, MP, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini in Yamunanagar, MP, Sh. Brijendra Singh in Fatehabad, MP, Sh. Ramesh Chander Kaushik in Rohtak, while Rajya Sabha MP Lt. General (Retd) DP Vats in Bhiwani, Sh. Ramchander Jangra in Jind, Sh. Kartikeya Sharma in Sonepat and Minister of State for Printing and Stationery Sardar Sandeep Singh in Panchkula as special guests.
