Chandigarh June 15: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal administered the oath of office to Sh. TC Gupta as Chief Commissioner, Haryana Right to Service Commission here today. Haryana Education and Forest Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal, Haryana Transport Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma, Haryana Power Minister, Sh. Ranjit Singh, Haryana Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Sh. JP Dalal, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Sh. OP Yadav, and Minister of State for Sports, Sh. Sandeep Singh were also present.
Haryana Governor has appointed Sh. TC Gupta to this post on the recommendation of a committee constituted under the Haryana Right to Service Act. After administering the oath, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the appointment of Sh. Gupta to this constitutional post would prove beneficial in the interest of the people of Haryana. He wished Sh. Gupta all the best for his successful tenure and said that the purpose with which Sh. Gupta has been appointed to this post with that more and better services would be available to the citizens.
The Chief Minister said that it is our priority to ensure timely delivery of more than 500 services of all departments under the Right to Service Act. Sh. Gupta said that he would discharge the responsibility entrusted to the best of his ability.

Gupta’s wife, Director, Health Services, Dr. Usha Gupta, his daughter Smt. Aarushi and son-in-law Apoorva also accompanied him.
