Chandigarh, June 25: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that the marking of land is being done across the state. This marking is being done by the Survey of India through drones. In the upcoming time, the entire data of land records will be brought online, which will eliminate all the land-related issues. Along with this, marking of the municipal corporation and the municipalities of the state is also being done to get the information about the ownership rights of landowners.

The Chief Minister listened to the complaints of the people during the Jan Sunwai held in district Karnal today and directed the concerned officers to redress them.

Taking cognizance of a complaint regarding the registration of land, he directed the tehsildar to investigate the matter and take action against whoever is guilty.

On another complaint, the Chief Minister directed the Joint Commissioner of Municipal Corporation to identify the land for the Deha community so that they can build the community centre at their own expense. Taking cognizance of another complaint, the Chief Minister directed the officers of the Municipal Corporation to complete the marking of the park to be built in Pritam Nagar by July 10, 2020 and develop the park immediately thereafter.

During the Jan Sunwai, on complaints related to the registration of names in the BPL category and to build houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the Chief Minister said that a survey should be done immediately and whoever is eligible should be brought in the BPL category and houses should be built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for the needy families.

The Chief Minister also directed the Deputy Commissioner to construct the boundary wall of the stadium to be developed in Ramba village. Apart from this, the Chief Minister directed the officers of the Public Works Department to build the road from Shamgarh to Ramba Village and to take action against the officer concerned for showing negligence in the construction work. Taking cognizance of a complaint related to compensation of crop, the Chief Minister directed the concerned officer to provide compensation to the farmers immediately.

The Chief Minister directed the officers of the Marketing Board to construct 5 Karam roads from Birchpur to Budhanpur and to reconstruct and repair the second road from Birchpur to Jani. He also said that the road from Meerut to Yamuna Bridge will be made a four-lane.

On this occasion, Member of Parliament, Mr. Sanjay Bhatia, MLA Indri, Mr. Ram Kumar Kashyap, Deputy Commissioner, Karnal, Mr. Nishant Kumar Yadav, Superintendent of Police, Mr. SS Bhoria and other officers were also present.
