Chandigarh, May 2 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran’s (HSVP) e-auction policy is completely transparent and more and more people are benefitting from it. This policy has not only proved beneficial for common people but it has also increased HSVP’s income. The Chief Minister was presiding over the 123rd meeting of the HSVP at the Haryana Secretariat on Monday.

In the meeting, Sh. Manohar Lal said that HSVP has paid arrears of about Rs. 4,000 crore to the farmers during the last year. This year also a target of making payment of about Rs.6,000 crore has been set. He said that this year an amount of Rs. 11,000 crore would be earned by developing about 3000 acres of land. New projects worth Rs. 2,223.90 crore will be prepared on this land. These include construction of residential housing and STP in Sector 20 and 28 for the people living in Rajiv Colony, Indira Colony and Kharak Mangoli slum areas of Panchkula on PPP mode, besides construction of International Convention Center in Sector 78 of Faridabad etc.

Talking about the e-Auction policy, he said that an amount of Rs. 11,461.36 crore has been earned from the auction. In this, an amount of Rs. 6,503.15 crore has been received from residential sector, Rs. 3,545.48 crore from commercial sector and Rs. 1,412.73 crore from institutional sector. Gurugram Mandal has earned the highest income of Rs. 5,434 crore from e-Auction.

Sh. Manohar Lal has directed HSVP to maintain the details of each property through Information Management System (IMS) so that complete data is available every day with the Authority. He said that the Authority should have complete details of each plot including its auction, allotment, how many plots are left vacant in the concerned sector and how many have been developed etc, through IMS. He has also directed the Authority to develop a dashboard. The Chief Minister said that this meeting has been organized after one year, now it must be organized after every four months. Directions were given to hold the next meeting on August 10, 2022 so that further discussions can be held on the scheduled agenda.

During this meeting, Chief Administrator, HSVP, Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi said that HSVP is doing good work under the leadership of the Chief Minister. From the acquisition of land to the compensation of the farmers, the work is being completed well. Working for the interests of farmers and plot holders is HSVP’s main objective. During the meeting he presented a total of 44 agendas, which were discussed in detail. In this, 2.75 acres of land of village Bhainsa Tibba was sanctioned to Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board. Apart from this, space for charitable buildings for religious and social organizations was approved in Hisar, Karnal, Gurugram, Faridabad and Hansi. Approval was also given for the land of extension board of IIM, Rohtak, at Gurugram.

In the meeting, the Chief Minister said that religious and social institutions to whom land has been allotted by HSVP can get approval to develop shops etc. outside their religious or social places by paying a fee. The Chief Minister also said that only the society registered under Haryana Firm and Society can apply in the sectors where land has been earmarked for Group Housing Society.

Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, Chief Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. DS Dhesi, Additional Chief Secretary, and Financial Commissioner, Revenue & Disaster Management and Consolidation Departments, Sh. PK Das, Additional Chief Secretary, Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, Sh. Devender Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Departments, Sh. TVSN Prasad, Principal Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. Arun Kumar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce Department, Sh. Vijayendra Kumar along with other senior officers of HSVP were present.
