Chandigarh, May 24 - Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has paid tributes on the birth anniversary of the great revolutionary martyr Shri  Kartar Singh Sarabha who played a significant role in liberating our Nation from the British slavery.

In a message issued here today the Chief Minister said that Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha was a great martyr who sacrificed his life for the country at the young age of 19 during the revolution of the Ghadar movement against the Britishers. Young generation should draw inspiration from the life of such revolutionary martyrs in order to safeguard our motherland, he said.
