Chandigarh, May 31- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, appealed to the people of the state on the occasion of World Tobacco Day today to take pledge to stop consuming drugs and motivate others also for the same.

In a message issued here today, the Chief Minister said that "The increasing trend of smoking is pushing the people and society towards darkness and the only way to get out of this is by spreading awareness."

He also appealed to the people to choose life, not tobacco!
