Chandigarh, November 28 - Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that loans are provided from banks to start small businesses through the Pradhan Mantri Start-up Yojana and on the same lines in Haryana also the standard of poor families will be raised through Mukhyamantri Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana.
The Chief Minister said this while responding to a question asked during a press conference here today. Sh. Manohar Lal said that small entrepreneurs can be promoted in this scheme.
In response to another question, the Chief Minister said that the government is fully prepared regarding the new variant of Corona. In this regard, continuous monitoring is being done by the Health Department and necessary instructions are being issued by the Disaster Management Department from time to time.
He further informed that guidelines are being issued by the concerned Deputy Commissioners regarding the celebration of Gita Jayanti. Special steps will be taken by the government as required.
In response to another question, he said that whatever good suggestions come for better mechanism in the recruitment of HPSC, they will be considered for implementation. He said that under Mission Merit, he has ended the interviews in Group C and D recruitment and has decided to give 5 extra marks to the families which do not have any member in government jobs; this has directly benefited many families of the state.
Responding to another query the Chief Minister said that the government has taken effective steps to curb corruption, if any complaint is received about corruption in any department or SSC, then any information can be given to Vigilance or Police. Apart from this information can also be given in the civil court.
