Chandigarh, September 25– Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal paid tribute to former Deputy Prime Minister, Chaudhary Devi Lal on his 109th birth anniversary. The Chief Minister stated that Chaudhary Devi Lal dedicated his life for the welfare of farmers and labourers. Chief Minister added that he significantly contributed in building modern Haryana.
