Chandigarh, September 26- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today extended greetings to the people of the state on the pious occasion of Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that Maharaja Agrasen was the founder of the Agrasen Samaj and pioneer of ancient socialism. He created a new society by giving the mantra of 'one rupee, one brick'. The Chief Minister continued by saying that Maharaja Agrasen will always be remembered for his contribution in developing and uplifting all sections of society.

The Chief Minister further said that the society should move forward while following the path shown by Maharaja Agrasen.
