Chandigarh, December 1- Haryana Cabinet which met under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal here today approved the draft of the Haryana Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 2022 under Section 35 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (Central Act 13 of 1985).

These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. The said amendment has been done in compliance with the query raised by the Ministry of Law and Justice.

After the amendment, a procedure of e-filing has been added in the draft of the Haryana Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules in replication of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Amendment Rules, 2021 and sitting of the Tribunal at Panchkula has also been mentioned.
