Chandigarh, November 21 - Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal directed the Finance Department officials to develop a mechanism for expeditious disposal of files related to important issues through Run Through File (RTF) system for the quick disposal of the files related to important issues. He also suggested the officials to prepare a checklist of queries for the concerned department to facilitate quick disposal of important files by the Finance Department as well as the Chief Minister Office
The Chief Minister was presiding over a review meeting with the officers of Finance Department to review and understand the functioning of Department. During the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, T.V.S.N Prasad also made a presentation regarding the operations of the Finance Department and the fiscal position of the state.
He also suggested the officials to prepare a checklist of queries for the concerned department to facilitate quick disposal of files by the Finance Department as well as the Chief Minister Office. The CM appreciated the work of Finance Department and suggested the department should strive to introduce reforms that would promote economic growth and equity.
The Chief Minister praised the work of the Finance Department and suggested that the Department should initiate various reforms for the growth and equity of the economy.
Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr. Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, Mr. T.V.S.N. Prasad, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. V. Umashankar and other senior officials of Finance Department were also present.
