Chandigarh, November 21- Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal has directed Administrative Secretaries of all the department to ensure finalization of online transfer policy in respect of every category of posts whose sanctioned strength (considered as part of any other interchangeable post) is more than 500 under their control as well as data entry of all employees of that designation latest by February 28, 2019 in due consultation with Unions.
The Chief Minister was presiding over a review meeting with administrative secretaries and department heads of various departments regarding transfer policy here today.
The Chief Minister said that the data in respect of all employees of every Department, Board, Corporation and Authority must be got filled up by the respective Administrative Secretary before December 25, 2019 positively.
The Chief Minister said that the online transfer policy of School Education Department is not only appreciated in Haryana but other States are also following it. He said that it is also a matter of pride for the officers. He said that if any system is to be run with complete satisfaction, then they will have to work dedicatedly.
The Chief Minister said that the number of vacant posts (sanctioned minus filled up posts) of every category whether more than 500 or less should be evenly distributed over the relevant administrative unit(s) district/blocks/tehsils etc.
He said that these evenly distributed posts would be blocked latest by 5 PM on November 25, 2019 by every Administrative Secretary at their level followed by a confirmation to the Chief Secretary the same day.
He said that employees of all departments should get the stations of their choice is the main objective of the new online transfer policy. The service manual of all employees, whether old or present, should also be linked on the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
Chief Secretary Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mr Rajesh Khullar, Additional Principal Secretary Mr. V. Umashankar, Administrative Secretary and Department Heads of various other departments were present in the meeting.
