Chandigarh, Aug 29 - Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal said that along with the KMP, the Orbital Rail network will be built at a cost of more than Rs 5,000 crore for which a plan has been made.

The Chief Minister was addressing a huge public meeting during the Jan Aashirwad Yatra in Sector-2 Palwal late evening yesterday.

He said that after this network is ready, the people of Palwal will have great facility, instead of going through Faridabad and Delhi, it will be convenient for them to go to Chandigarh directly by rail. He said that new industrial cities will also be established along with KMP, which will increase employment opportunities for the youth in this region.
The Chief Minister said that like other areas, huge amount was given by the present government to Palwal Assembly constituency for development. He said that during the last five years, about Rs 2500 crore was spent on development works in this constituency. He said that the present government has done more work than its manifesto. He said that he had neither made promise to create educated Panchayats nor to make the state kerosene free, but has done both important works to take the state forward on the path of progress. He said that the elevated road of National Highway will also be completed soon in Palwal, which will provide relieve to people of this area from traffic jam.

The Chief Minister said that the present government has made the state happy by implementing welfare policies for every category during the last five years. In around 4100 villages of the state, 24-hour electricity is being given to every household, gas cylinders have been given and there is a plan to supply tap water to every house of the state in the next term.

On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Mr. Krishan Pal Gurjar said that all the development works in Palwal region have been done under the leadership of the present Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal. He said that Manohar Lal is such a Chief Minister, in whose government no allegations have been raised of corruption and regionalism. He has got the state developed by rising above nepotism.

Earlier while addressing the people, BJP State President and MLA, Mr. Subhash Barala said that the State should extend its full cooperation in accelerating the pace of development so that Haryana can join the leading states of the country. He also invited the people present on this occasion for the upcoming rally of Prime Minister in Rohtak on September 8.
