Chandigarh, February 02: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that out of 22 districts in the state, new buildings of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum are constructed in 12 districts. He said that in the remaining 10 districts, the buildings would be constructed soon to smoothly functionalize the work of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum across the state.
Interacting with the media personnel at the inauguration of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum at Mini Secretariat in Rohtak today, the Chief Minister said that around Rs1.30 crore has been spent on this building so far. He said that the covered area of this two-storey building is 9781 square feet. He said that besides the reception hall, the court stage, resident room, complaint record, computer room and corridors have been built. Similarly, a record room, staff room, steno room, member’s room, library and corridor have been built on the first floor as well, said the Chief Minister.
Among those present on this occasion included Justice (retd) TPS Mann, President, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Haryana, Deputy Commissioner Mr. RS Verma were also present.
