Chandigarh, September 15- Haryana government has now increased the validity of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) certificate from existing five years to seven years, conducted by Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani. A proposal in this regard, has been approved by the Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal.
Giving this information, an official spokesperson said that recently, a meeting was held to extend the validity of HTET certificate, in which, the decision was taken to increase the validity of HTET certificate to 7 years, on the pattern of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
It is noteworthy that the aim of conducting this test is to improve the falling standards in the field of education in the country by finding quality teachers so that the quality of education could be imparted. The HTET is conducted once every year by the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.
