Chandigarh, June 16 – Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that the government has started a transparent and corruption free new culture. Now jobs are not given by any particular person, but jobs are taken by the youth on the strength of their hard work and ability. It is the government's endeavor that every youth of Haryana would get employment opportunities in some area. The youth, who will not be able to get jobs, will be made so skilled in the field of skills that they can start their own ventures. With this, every hand in the state will get work.

The Chief Minister was speaking in a function organised at Anaj Mandi in Palwal today.

He said that BJP has won all the elections in the state and created history by winning all the Lok Sabha seats in the state for the first time.

He said that the BJP government has set up a new system in the state. Earlier governments had discrimination and corrupt practices on every step, which the present government has eliminated. In the transparent manner, 67,000 youths have so far been given jobs in various departments. Women police station have been opened for the protection of women and Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign brought significant improvements in sex ratio. Girls' education and security were given more attention. Under the Swachhta Abhiyan, the state was made open-defecation free. Through the Antyodaya Bhawan and the Saral Kendras, 450 types of services and schemes related to different departments of the state are being provided to the people. He said that CSC centers have been opened in about 4,000 villages. Now people are getting the benefits of government facilities by sitting at their homes. So far, about 32 lakh people have availed the benefits of online services without any person's recommendation. Millions of people availed the benefit of the CM window and also saved the crores of rupees to the government. Earlier, there were flaws in the implementation of the pensions schemes, under which mischievous persons used to grab money of eligible persons. But since the government has started providing benefiting of these schemes through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme, there has been considerable transparency in it. So far 90 lakh people have been given the benefit of the DBT scheme.

He said that 58,000 small industries have been set up in the state and about 3.57 lakh youth have got jobs in the private sector, most of them belonging to Haryana. He said that in previous governments, leaders used to fill their houses, but the present State Government has considered the entire state as its own home and hence work is being done for the well being of everyone. The government has planned to give unemployed youth an allowance for 100 hours of work, so far 60,000 unemployed youth have benefited from this scheme. He said that Yellow Cards of poor people will be made in the month of July. Today, 24 hours power is being supplied to 3,600 villages of the state. Similarly, the government has bought farmers' bajra, mustard, wheat and paddy crops at reasonable prices.

He said that Palwal has benefited a lot with the construction of KMP and KGP Expressway. Apart from this, work has been started to build two Railway Over Bridge at Bamni Kheda and at Rasulpur gate where Shri Vishwakarma Skill University is being established. The construction of elevated bridges in Palwal city is underway. He said that more funds and facilities will be provided to the Zila Parishads in future so that maximum people get benefited with the decentralization of power. He said that today, the government has made schemes and benefited all sections including the players, farmers, businessmen and laborers. Police officers have been instructed to hold criminals in the state and get them punished so that there is peace in the state.

Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Mr. Krishan Pal Gurjar said that Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi worked to enhance the prestige of India, Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has also worked to increase the status of Haryana in the entire country. Today, people do not have to visit ministers and leaders for jobs and other things, but all the facilities are being provided online, he added.
