Chandigarh, June 21 – Following the requests of many candidates, who have recently been recruited to Group-D posts through Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), the Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has decided to grant one time opportunity to candidates wishing to change their department or post.

While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that in January 2019, the HSSC had carried out recruitment to 18,000 Group-D posts, of which many candidates had approached the Chief Minister for change of department or change of post. Taking a sympathetic view, the Chief Minister has taken a decision to grant one time opportunity to such candidates on transfer basis.

He said that the interested candidates could exercise their choice on web portal www.hssc.gov.in from June 26, 2019 onwards on the condition that they will not be given benefit of last service and seniority on new post or department. Apart from this, the State Government would endeavour to provide choice of post or department, but it will depend on availability of vacancy.
