Chandigarh July 12: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal today directed to constitute a fair price fixation committee for fixing the collector rate of all plots of residential, industrial or any other category of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) which are lying vacant in its different Urban Estates.
Mr Manohar Lal who is also the Chairman of HSVP was presiding over the 118th meeting of Pradhikaran here today.
It was informed in the meeting that under the e-auction scheme started in the year 2016 for the allotment of plots, the Pradhikaran has total 10,482 properties. Out of these, about 5,500 properties were residential and 4,863 commercial and industrial. The remaining properties are of institutional category. Out of these, 2,832 properties of residential category were uploaded on the website for e-auction and of these, 882 plots have been allotted.
It was also informed that HSVP has a plan to construct administrative tower in sector-29 Gurugram and Sector-5 Panchkula. Apart from this, there is also a proposal for carrying out development works costing Rs 2027 crore including the re-modeling of Rajiv Chowk, Gurugaon. It was informed that Global Consultant is being appointed to prepare the schemes of commercial and industrial estates of Sector-29 afresh keeping in view the present requirement of Gurugram. For this, expressions of interest have been invited. It was also informed that there is a proposal to construct one auditorium each in all districts of the State. Apart from this, an international convention centre would be constructed near Nehru Park, Faridabad on the pattern of Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
Mr Manohar Lal said that collector rates of all properties of HSVP in the State should be revised through the concerned Deputy Commissioners after every six months. This, he said would be the base value of the property.
Among those present in the meeting included Chief Secretary Mrs Keshni Anand Arora, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mr Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Mr TVSN Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary Industries and Commerce Mr Devender Singh, Principal Secretary Town and Country Planning Mr A.K Singh, Principal Secretary Urban Local Bodies Mr Anand Mohan Sharan, Chief Administrator, HSVP Mr D. Suresh and other senior officers of the State Government.
