Chandigarh, August 13 - Haryana Governor, Mr. Satyadeo Narain Arya will unfurl the National Flag in the Independence Day function at Faridabad on August 15, 2019 whereas the Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal will hoist the National Flag at Sonipat. The ‘At Home’ function would be organized on the same day at Hotel Rajhans in Surajkund, Faridabad.

While giving this information here today, an official spokesperson said that the Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker, Mr Kanwar Pal will unfurl the National Flag on Independence Day at Kurukshetra and Deputy Speaker, Mrs. Santosh Yadav at Bhiwani.

The Education Minister, Mr Ram Bilas Sharma will unfurl the National Flag on Independence Day at Ambala, Finance Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu will unfurl the National Flag at Gurugram, Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Minister, Mr. O.P. Dhankar at Rohtak, Health Minister, Mr Anil Vij at Panchkula, Public Works (Building and Roads) Minister, Rao Narbir Singh at Rewari, Urban Local Bodies Minister, Mrs Kavita Jain at Panipat, Transport Minister, Mr. Krishan Lal Panwar at Jind and Industries Minister, Mr. Vipul Goel at Palwal.

Similarly, Minister of State for Cooperation, Mr Manish Kumar Grover will unfurl the National Flag at Karnal, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Mr. Krishan Kumar Bedi at Kaithal, Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Mr Karan Dev Kamboj at Sirsa and Minister of State for Public Health Engineering, Dr. Banwari Lal at Hisar.

He said that Chief Whip, Mr. Gian Chand Gupta will unfurl the National Flag at Yamunanagar, Chairman, Haryana Board of Public Enterprises, Dr. Kamal Gupta at Jhajjar, Divisional Commissioner, Gurugram will unfurl the National Flag at Mahendragarh (Narnaul), Divisional Commissioner, Hisar at Fatehabad, Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak at Charkhi Dadri and Divisional Commissioner, Nuh at Nuh.

Chandigarh, August 13- In view to create maximum employment opportunities to the youth, Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal has introduced a dual training system in the curriculum for students. For this, Memorandum of Understandings (MoU’s) has been signed with 40 industries for providing 1,516 seats in 27 Industrial Training Institutes.

While giving information on this, a spokesman of the department said that a special kick-off workshop was organized today at Kaushal Bhawan in Panchkula for better implementation of the MoU’s signed for the dual training system, so that students do not face any problem while enrolling on the online portal for these seats from the upcoming academic session.

He said that the workshop was inaugurated by the Director, Industrial Training and Employment, Mr. Prabhjot Singh, which was attended by the principals of these 27 industrial training institutes, representatives of the industries and officers of joint director level in District Industries Centers.

Assistant Director of the Department, Mr. Manoj Saini, gave a power point presentation on the admission process. He requested all the participants to pay special attention for preparing academic calendar during this academic session, as activities under the dual training system would be monitored by the officials and officers of industries and department, from time to time.

Those present in workshop included Additional Director (Administration), Mr. Mahavir Singh, Additional Director (Technical), Mr. P.S. Narwal, Joint Directors,Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, Mr R.N. Yadav and Director, Mr. Anil Grover, on behalf of Directorate of General Training, Government of India.
