Chandigarh, Aug 29 - Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal said that about 6.30 lakh complaints were received on the CM window, out of which 5.80 lakh complaints have been settled and 100 officers have been suspended for exercising negligence in these complaints.
He said that water has started reaching the area of Hodal under the Rainy Well Scheme.
The Chief Minister gave this information while addressing the gathering during the ‘Jan Ashirwad Yatra’ at various places in Hodal today.
He said, “We are aware of the problems of this area, therefore we have so far worked to provide 24 hours of electricity in 4100 villages and we are trying to provide 24 hours of electricity to the rest of the villages”. He said that in rural areas, development will be carried out on the lines of cities.
He said that the State Government has provided many platforms for quick solution to the problems of the people and in this series, CM window along with Saral Kendra, Antyodaya Kendra, e-Disha Kendra have been opened.
He urged the people to strengthen hands of the present government in the coming five years so that we can get more development done at double speed in the coming time.
The Chief Minister said that development works have been completed in Hodal at a cost of more than crores of rupees, in which a 50-bedded hospital was constructed in Hodal at a cost of over Rs 10.79 crore. Similarly, the construction work of the first phase of new grain market at Hodal was completed at a cost of Rs 8.22 crore and the construction work of Integrated Horticulture Development Centre was completed at a cost of Rs 4.94 crore.
He said that a line was laid from 220 KV sub-centre Palwal to 220 KV sub-centre Mirpur-Kaurali at a cost of Rs 14.83 crore. Similarly, at a cost of Rs 5 crore 23 lakh, Loop In-Loop Out (LILO) of 66 KV sub-centre Aurangabad to Hasanpur line was done at the 220 KV sub-centre Mirpur-Kaurali. He said that a new 220 KV sub-centre was set up at Mirpur-Kaurali at a cost of Rs 24.91 crore whereas 220 KV Double circuit line was laid from Palwal to Mirpur-Kaurali at a cost of Rs 14.40 crore. Underpass has been constructed by National Highways Authority of India at Hodal town school area (Gaudota Chowk) at a cost of Rs 11 crore, flyover at Hasanpur Chowk at a cost of Rs 29 crore and underpasses constructed at railway station at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore and near Dubachik tourist destination at a cost of Rs 11 crore. Underpasses were constructed at village Banchari on the National Highway at a cost of Rs 22 crore, village Sarai at a cost of Rs 24 crore and at Aurangabad at a cost of Rs 23 crore. The road from Pangaltu to Sekhsai Temple via Khirbi, Baswan was widened and repaired at a cost of Rs.10.75 crore.
The old DM road of Hodal was widened and repaired at a cost of Rs. 10.48 crore. The repair and strengthening work of Hodal-Hasanpur road was done at a cost of Rs 19.13 crore. Repairs and strengthening of Bamnikheda to Hasanpur road has been carried out at a cost of Rs. 7.26 crore.
Similarly, development works costing more than several crores of rupees are in progress at Hodal including 66 KV new sub centre at Banchari at a cost of 10.25 crore. Various works are in progress including construction work of new public works rest house at Hodal at a cost of Rs 5.19 crore, laying of pipeline of drinking water supply at a cost of about Rs 11 crore, work of expansion of water supply in village Pangaltu at a cost of Rs 7.66 crore, construction of two-way railway line on Bamnikheda-Hasanpur road on Delhi-Mathura road at a cost of Rs 48 crore construction of government college at Hodal at a cost of about Rs. 21.50 crore, laying of pipeline for drinking water supply in Hasanpur at a cost of about Rs. 6.90 crore, construction of rainwater stream along with National Highway at Hodal at a cost of Rs 6.70 crore for drainage of rainwater and construction of underpass on National Highway in village Bamnikheda at a cost of about Rs 25 crore. He said that development works worth Rs 395.64 crore are underway or have been completed in Hodal.
