Chandigarh, November 21 – Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal has expressed deep condolence over the sad demise of noted historian and erudite scholar Dr Rajkumar Arora. Dr Arora retired as a professor of History and Comparative Religion from Punjab University Chandigarh. It is pertinent to mention that the daughter of Dr Rajkumar Arora, Mrs. Jyoti Arora and her husband Mr. Rajeev Arora, are senior officers of Haryana Cadre.

In the condolence message issued here today the Chief Minister said that Dr Rajkumar Arora has done research on various historical and religious texts and he also worked closely with Mr Deen Dayal Upadhyay. The Chief Minister expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the peace of the departed soul.
