Chandigarh, June 22- While taking yet another step for the betterment of Safai Karamcharis in the State, Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal launched a new portal for resolving the grievances and complaints of Safai Karamcharis.

Mr Manohar Lal launched the portal while presiding over the 53rd meeting of Water Supply and Sewerage Board of Public Health Engineering Department held under his Chairmanship here today.

Vice Chairperson of Haryana State Commission for Safai Karamcharis Mr Krishan Kumar informed that new software has been designed and developed by the department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communication for registering grievances and problems online on the https://hscsk.org.in/ portal. With the help of this, the safai karamcharis will now be able to register their problems online.

He said that earlier, the safai karamcharis had to submit their grievances and problems to the department head office. In this process, a lot of time of time was being wasted due to paperwork. This new system would save the time of the safai karamcharis as well as also reduce their difficulties they face.

Among those present on this occasion included Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr Rajesh Khullar, Additional Chief Secretary Power Mr T.C. Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary Urban Local Bodies Mr S.N. Roy, Additional Chief Secretary Finance Mr T.V.S.N. Prasad, Additional Chief Secretary Public Health Engineering Department Mr Devender Singh, Principal Secretary Development and Panchayats Mr Sudhir Rajpal, Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mrs Ashima Brar and other senior officers of the State Government.
