Chandigarh, July 15 – To make people aware about preventive measures to be taken regarding COVID-19 pandemic, Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal released the 308-309, Special Joint Issue for the months of April-May of monthly magazine 'Harigandha' published by Haryana Sahitya Akademi. On this occasion, Director of Sahitya Akademi, Dr. Puran Mal Gaur was also present.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister outlined the efficacy and significance of this Special Issue of 'Harigandha', in which comprehensive information regarding the global pandemic was also highlighted. He said that through this special issue, people will be able to know about the measures to be taken to prevent corona and other necessary information.

Director of Sahitya Akademi, Dr. Puran Mal Gaur expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for the release of 'Harigandha'. He said that this special issue includes informative, researched and guided articles and poems on the causes, preventive measures and precautions to be taken in view of the spread of Corona by India's eminent writers, outstanding social workers, academicians, and poets. Earlier, the Chief Minister had also released the special editions on Rashtriya Chetna on Pulwama Martyrs, Rajya Kavi Udayabhanu Hans, 550th Prakash Parv of Guru Nanak Dev and 150th birth anniversary of father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi, he informed.
