Chandigarh August 5: Describing today as a historical day, Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal said that by laying the foundation stone of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya today, Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi has realized the dream of crores of people of the country.

In a tweet, Mr Manohar Lal said that Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi today performed Bhoomi Pujan and also laid the foundation stone of a grand and magnificent Ram Mandir to be built at the sacred pilgrimage site of Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. Mr Manohar Lal congratulated the people of the country and urged them to celebrate this joyous moment by lighting a Diya at their homes and give message of brotherhood.

Earlier, Minister of State for Women and Child Development Department, Mrs Kamlesh Dhanda congratulated Mr Manohar Lal and presented him a statue of lord Rama.
