Chandigarh, October 14 - Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal today paid a heartfelt tribute to Mrs. Vimala Batra, mother of Mr. Satish Batra, Akhil Bhartiya Sah Sangthak, Swadeshi Jagran Manch, at Multan Bhawan, Model Town in Panipat today.

Describing Mrs. Vimala Batra as a woman who had dedicated her life for the welfare of society and the country, the Chief Minister said that we should consider today’s condolence meeting as Prerna Sabha because Mrs. Vimala Batra’s life has been exemplary and inspiring for all of us. He said that Mrs. Vimala Batra has always been associated with social service. He said that he is personally connected to this family. MLA, Mr. Parmod Vij, Mayor, Ms. Avneet Kaur and other dignitaries were also present on the occasion.
