Chandigarh, December 7 – Social Media Grievance Tracker (SMGT) of Haryana Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal has emerged as the most convenient way for the people of the state to raise their grievances as SMGT receives thousands of tickets per day on the official Chief Minister Office Twitter handle @cmohry. Citizens can tag the handle and state their grievances on this Twitter handle.
Sharing details in this regard, Shri Dhruv Majumdar, IT Consultant to CM, stated that the genuine tickets are escalated and resolved on priority basis. He further stated that a total of 60,974 grievances were already resolved this year.
After resolution of complaints, citizens of the state often appreciate the work done by the Chief Minister and CMO.
In one such tweet, Mukesh Bishnoi, expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for the quick redressal of his complaint. He had tweeted on the official handle that cough medicine was not available in village Lilas of Bhiwani district. However, quick action was taken immediately after his tweet and the medicine was provided to him on priority basis.
Another resident of Hisar, Gautam Rajpoot had raised a complaint regarding his voter I-card. His complaint was resolved within a day he said and the voter I-card was given to him immediately. While expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister he stated that his issue has been resolved.
Shubham Aggarwal, a resident of Ward number 5, Hisar had tweeted that he belonged to Below Poverty Line (BPL) family and ration was not being given to his family by Ration Depot. The SMGT Team immediately coordinated with the Department concerned which contacted the complainant. He later thanked the Chief Minister as the issue was resolved within a day’s time.
Likewise, Sanjit Kumar thanked @cmohry for swift working of the Faridabad RTO office as his complaint was resolved immediately. He had complained that he was facing problem in depositing tax and after raising the issue the problem was solved immediately.
A resident of Kurukshetra had also raised a complaint regarding loudspeakers disturbing his elderly mother’s sleep. Gagandeep said that he immediately received a call from the Police Department and the issue was resolved.
Similarly, Deepak Saluja, a resident of Panipat also expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for ensuring that his complaint regarding electricity wires was resolved on priority basis. A resident of Ambala, Manjot Grewal had also complained regarding cleaning of a drain. The Sarpanch of the area got the information in this matter through SMGT Team and the drain was cleaned thereafter.
