Chandigarh, March 3: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal launched the Last and Final Settlement Scheme (LFSS) of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The scheme will be applicable on the allotment of residential plots of HSVP and group housing sites; implemented with immediate effect and will continue till April 30, 2021.

The Chief Minister said that it will be applicable only in respect of those allottees who have outstanding amounts under the head “additional price, interest, or delayed interest” only.

He said that HSVP will make calculations on the basis of additional price, interest, or delayed interest so far under the scheme. The indirect amount of the additional price calculated under the scheme can be paid with interest and enhancements during the period up to April 30, 2021with immediate effect, he added. He said that 24,000 plot holders have benefited from One Time Settlement Scheme launched by the Authority and 45,000 plot holders from Full Time Scheme.

The Chief Minister also released the LFSS scheme brochure. It has detailed information about making outstanding payments through the HSVP portal.

On this occasion, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Sh. V Umashankar, Chief Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi among other officers were present.
