Chandigarh, April 3: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while paying tribute to late Sh. Satguru Dass Sharma, father of Rohtak MP, Dr. Arvind Sharma at a condolence meeting held at Rohtak today announced that while recognizing his valuable contributions in the field of social service, an educational institution in the state would be named after late Sh. Satguru Dass Sharma.
He said that late Sh. Satguru Dass Sharma had changed the lives of many people and led them on the right path. Late Sh. Satguru Dass was a true social worker and the spirit of patriotism was deeply ingrained in him, he added.
Those who paid tributes on this occasion included Transport Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma, Co-operation Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal, State Party President, Sh. O.P Dhankar, Members of Parliament Sh. Ramesh Kaushik, Mahant Balaknath and Smt. Sunita Duggal, former Ministers, Sh. Manish Kumar Grover and Sh. Krishna Lal Panwar. Besides this senior leaders of ruling and opposition parties including representatives of various religious, social and NGOs were also present along with District Deputy Commissioner Captain Manoj Kumar and other officials of district administration.
