Chandigarh, May 17: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, today inaugurated the 100-bed Covid Care Centre set up by the Hero Group in the auditorium of Government College, Sector-14, Gurugram.  With this facility, the Chief Minister has inaugurated Covid Care Centres with a collective capacity of 500 beds for COVID-19 patients in Gurugram over the last two days on Sunday and Monday.

The Covid Care Centre built in the auditorium of the college, is equipped with100 oxygen beds.  The District Administration will supply oxygen here.  However, the Hero Group has also arranged for 100 oxygen concentrators.  In collaboration with an NGO called Doctors for You, Hero Group will also make medicines and doctors available. The Covid Care Centre will be under the supervision of Civil Surgeon Office.  The Volunteers of GuruJal Society and Civil Defense are also supporting the operation of these centres and if a patient becomes serious, arrangements have been made to shift them from these centres to hospitals.

MLA, Gurgaon, Sh. Sudhir Singla, MLA, Sohna, Sh. Sanjay Singh, Advisor to Chief Minister, Sh. Anil Rao, Media Advisor to Chief Minister, Sh. Amit Arya, DGP (CID), Sh. Alok Mittal and BJP District President, Smt. Gargi Kakkar were also present during the inauguration.
