Chandigarh, August 6– Following the directions of Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, now the Chief Minister Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (CM Window) and the Right to Service Commission will work together to address the grievances of the people of the state.
This decision was taken in a meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister on Thursday.
Sh. Manohar Lal has issued orders to both the departments to work together, while directing his OSD Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal and Chief Commissioner, Right to Service Commission, Sh. TC Gupta to dispose off the complaints coming to the CM window within the stipulated time frame.
Complaints related to 338 services coming to CM Window will now be sent to the Right to Service Commission by CM Window, after which the commission will take action against the officers who do not provide service within the time limit. These services, including basic facilities like electricity and water, complaints of which will now be monitored by the CM Window as well as the Right to Service Commission.
The Chief Minister has directed Sh. TC Gupta to take a strong action against the officers regarding the complaints coming to the Right to Service Commission, and directed them to address the grievances of the common man within the stipulated time frame.
The meeting was attended by OSD to Chief Minister Manohar Lal, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, , Chief Commissioner, Right to Service Commission, Sh. TC Gupta, Secretary, Right to Service Commission Smt. Meenaxee Raj.
