Chandigarh, November 26- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal extended warm wishes to the people of Haryana on the occasion of Constitution Day. He said that due to our Constitution, India has become the largest democratic country in the world by connecting all the states with the federal structure.

In a message issued here today, the Chief Minister said that on this day all of us should take a pledge to respect the dignity of the Constitution and always protect its values.

The Chief Minister also paid tribute to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the prime architect of our Indian Constitution, who dedicated this rich Constitution to the country for its sovereignty.  He said that Constitution Day is celebrated every year on November 26 to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution on November 26, 1949.

The Chief Minister also paid tributes to the martyred soldiers and civilians who lost their lives in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.
