Chandigarh, February 3– Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal was accorded a grand welcome in half a dozen villages including Kaimla in Karnal district on Tuesday. Chief Minister was greeted with enthusiasm in the villages and congratulated for the all-round development of the state. The Chief Minister thanked the villagers and announced Rs. 51 lakh each for the construction of Langar Halls at two religious places in Kaimla and Araipura villages.
Sh. Manohar Lal reached his assembly constituency Karnal on Tuesday afternoon followed by a tour of Gharaunda assembly.
Announcement of Rs 51 lakh for Langar Hall in Langra Baba Mandir
After this, the Chief Minister's convoy reached the Langra Baba temple in Kaimla village. Here the Chief Minister first offered prayers in the temple. After this, while addressing the villagers present in the temple, he announced Rs 51 lakh for the construction of Langar Hall in Langra Baba Mandir. The Chief Minister said that the work of beautification of all the ponds in the village will be done. These ponds will be cleaned and if needed, they will be emptied and desilted. To get rid of the problem of cow dung in the village, the Chief Minister said that a big biogas plant will be set up for the neighbouring villages. Due to installation of biogas plant, no additional cow dung will be disposed in the ponds. This will also keep the ponds clean.
Chief Minister greeted with great enthusiasm
From Kaimla village, the convoy of the Chief Minister reached Araipura via Barsat, Jamalpur, Panori in Karnal. Hundreds of villagers showered flowers on the Chief Minister in all the four villages and he was accorded a warm welcome. Seeing the villagers, the Chief Minister stopped the convoy in each village and reached out to the people. The villagers thanked him on reaching here and also gave him complaints related to their problems.
51 lakh given for the Langar Hall in Araipura village
Sh. Manohar Lal then reached Shri Panch Dashnam Juna Akhara in Araipura village. Here he first offered prayers. After that he met the villagers. Chief Minister also announced to give Rs 51 lakh for the Langar Hall at this place. The Chief Minister also inspected the NCC Academy at Araipura.
The atmosphere is good for BJP in 5 states; will make government for sure
Sh. Manohar Lal also gave his reaction on the Vidhan Sabha elections being held in 5 states. He said that the atmosphere is good for the BJP in all these states. He himself has come after campaigning in two assemblies of Uttarakhand. The BJP is definitely forming the government in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur and Goa. On the other hand, in Punjab also BJP will register a good presence. Here too, with like-minded people, we will be successful in forming the government.
Government will put up a strong fight in support 75% reservation for Haryana youth in the private sector
The Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that though the matter of giving 75% reservation to the youth of Haryana in the private sector has been stayed in the High Court for the time being, but the government will firmly stand its ground and will fight in the court. Even when the law of educated panchayat was implemented in Haryana, the High Court had imposed a stay. After this, the decision was not in our favour but we won the case in the Supreme Court. Later it was implemented. Will also fight on the law of 75% reservation and will go to the Supreme Court if needed.
