Chandigarh, April 9 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal inaugurated multi-storeyed building of the newly constructed Government Senior Secondary School at Bhali Anandpur village of Rohtak District built at a cost of Rs. 2.75 crore. After the inauguration the Chief Minister announced to provide Rs. 1.78 crore for various development works. Apart from this, Chief Minister also announced development works worth Rs. 1 crore each in Bhali and Banyani villages. Referring to his long standing relationship with Bhali Anandpur village, he said that he considers this village as his own village.
The Chief Minister was addressing the villagers after inaugurating the building of Government Senior Secondary School in Bhali Anandpur village.
Sharing his past experience, Sh. Manohar Lal said that 57 years back he had taken admission in class VI in 1965 when he was nearly 11 years old. He said that he used to walk a very long distance from Banyani village to get education. In this school, students from many nearby villages used to come to get education.
He said that the ancient pond of the village would be renovated through Haryana Talab Authority and there would be no shortage of development works in the village.
Earlier, the Chief Minister visited the old building of this school, where he had studied from class VI onwards. Sh. Manohar Lal announced to sanction an amount of Rs. 60 lakh for various works in this school premises. Out of these funds Rs. 27 lakh will be dedicated for the boundary wall of the school and Rs. 33 lakh will be utilized for the interlocking of the school ground.
He said that a dispensary would be set up in the village for the animals. Sh. Manohar Lal also announced Rs. 2 lakh for open gym in village park, Rs. 95 lakh for repair of Bhali to Garh Takena road and Rs.1 crore each for development works in Bhali and Bayani villages.
He announced an amount of Rs. 21 lakh from his voluntary fund for Keshav Bhawan located in the village. Various activities are organized in this building, which include computer classes etc. He said that collective development works would also be done by the government in the neighboring village of Bhali Anandpur.
On this occasion, Lok Sabha MP, Dr. Arvind Sharma said that the Chief Minister has made many schemes for the welfare of all sections and the benefits of these schemes are also being given to the eligible beneficiaries in a transparent manner.
On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner, Capt. Manoj Kumar, Superintendent of Police, Sh. Udai Singh Meena, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Mahender Pal and other dignitaries were present.
