Chandigarh, May 15- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal addressed the Haryana Pragati Rally at New Anaj Mandi, Jagadhri and on this occasion he inaugurated and laid foundation stones for 7 development works worth Rs. 334 crore.

Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of Irrigation and Water Resources Department’s Hathnikund Barrage Circle Jagadhri in Yamunanagar assembly constituency at a cost of Rs. 288.18 crore, RD. 1000 to RD Parallel lined channel to be built up to 60420 and work of remodelling from RD0 to RD68220 till West Yamuna Canal M.L.L.

He inaugurated State Ayurvedic Dispensary at village Topra Khurd in Radaur Assembly Constituency, prepared by AYUSH Department Yamunanagar at a cost of Rs. 33.08 lakh, State Ayurvedic Dispensary at village Kalesar in Jagadhri Assembly Constituency, prepared by AYUSH Department Yamunanagar at a cost of Rs. 33.08 lakh, Dispensary building, 4 span high level bridge over Lohagarh crack near Lohagarh Gurdwara, constructed by Public Works Department (Buildings & Roads) Narayangarh Division at a cost of Rs. 667.69 lakh, by Public Works Department (Buildings & Roads) Narayangarh Division Link road from village Bhagwanpur to Lohagarh Sahib Gurdwara of Sadhaura assembly constituency at a cost of Rs. 715.00 lakh, he also inaugurated Adhikari Civil Complex, sub-division in Bilaspur under Sadhaura assembly constituency with an estimate cost of Rs. 1,992.12 lakh prepared by Public Works Department (Building and Road) Narayangarh Division.

Apart from this, Sh. Manohar Lal also inaugurated residential complex in Sub-Divisional Office Civil Complex in Bilaspur built by Public Works Department Narayangarh Division at a cost of Rs. 1024.77 lakh and Gymkhana Club, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Jagadhri-Yamunanagar. He also inaugurated a new badminton hall and a temporary banquet hall constructed at a cost of Rs. 83.66 lakh in Yamunanagar assembly constituency.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister gave loan approval certificates to 12 beneficiaries for an amount of Rs. 14.80 lakh under Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojna, out of which 4 beneficiaries were given loan by the Animal Husbandry Department, Haryana Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation. Sanction letters for disbursement of loans to 5 beneficiaries by Haryana Mahila Vikas Nigam were also given to beneficiaries.

 

On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over the acceptance letters to 12 beneficiaries under Budhapa Samman Bhatta Yojana. Haryana Government has announced that those who attain the age of 60, they automatically start getting pension under the pro-active scheme without any application. Apart from this, 15 eligible families were also facilitated with new ration cards by the Chief Minister. These ration cards have also been made without any prior application.

Education Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal, MP, Sh. Rattan Lal Kataria, MLA, Sh. Ghanshyam Das Arora, Mayor, Sh. Madan Chouhan and other officers of the administration were present on the occasion.
