Chandigarh, September 9- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal held a review meeting with the senior officers of the Education Department regarding the transfer drive of teachers. The officers apprised the Chief Minister that the majority of teachers have already been transferred. Currently, 8000 teachers are yet to be transferred. On this, the Chief Minister directed the officers to finish the transfer procedure of these teachers within two days.

The Chief Minister further directed the officers of the Education Department that there should be no shortage of teachers in any school. He said that in the schools where the number of teachers has decreased due to the transfer drive; the shortage should be immediately filled. Sh. Manohar Lal said that adequate teachers should be available in all schools according to the need so that the education of the children is not affected by any circumstances.
