Chandigarh, October 30- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal on Sunday took charge of the election campaign in Himachal Pradesh amidst assembly election. Today, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal reached the Doon assembly constituency to campaign in favour of sitting MLA and candidate Sh. Paramjeet Singh Pammi. In a public meeting organized in Mandhala village of Baddi, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the BJP government strongly strikes at 3C- corruption, crime and caste politics.

He said that during the tenure of Congress, corruption had grown to its core. Sh. Rajiv Gandhi once said that if we send 1 rupee from the centre, only 15 paisa reaches. But as soon as the government was formed under the leadership of the Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, zero tolerance policy was adopted to curb corruption across the country. Additionally, the BJP-led state administrations worked to combat corruption.

Sh. Manohar Lal stated that if any ruling party minister, MLA, government employee, citizen, or even his any family member is discovered to be implicated in any wrongdoing, then he should be arrested.

He said that all the political parties and the society have to come together to end caste based politics, only then a new reform can be brought in the society.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that during the tenure of the BJP government, Himachal Pradesh has witnessed unprecedented stories of development. Highways are being built in the state. The government has taken various initiatives to boost tourism. A new dimension of development has been established by making the Atal Tunnel. He appealed to the citizens to cooperate in the formation of a double engine government in Himachal like last time and ensure the victory of BJP candidate, Sh. Paramjeet Singh Pammi by a huge margin in the elections to be held on November 12.

He said that Himachal and Haryana share a strong bond partnership. Continuous development works are being done between the two states. Basaula bypass is being built on Baddi-Pinjore road, which will soon be dedicated to the public. Heavy Traffic will be eliminated with its construction. A CHC has been established in Nanakpur, which also helps the inhabitants of Mandhala. In Shahpur, a ghat has been constructed for Chhath Puja. In addition, Mandhala Barotiwala Road construction will start after the election code of conduct. MoUs have also been signed between Haryana and Himachal on many other projects.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has implemented the new education policy across the country. The emphasis has been laid on medical education, engineering, law, and other skill oriented courses in the local languages. Under the visionary leadership of Sh. Narendra Modi, the Central Government has extended helping hands for the welfare of common people by running schemes like Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The Chief Minister said that constructive changes are taking place in Haryana in the field of education. The Government has opened Model Sanskriti Schools in Haryana. Similarly, the BJP Government is ensuring significant changes and improvement in the education sector of Himachal Pradesh.

He said that Haryana is cracking down on criminals and gangsters. Similarly, steps have also been taken against the unscrupulous people to curb corruption in the state. While attacking 3C - corruption, crime and caste politics, the state government has laid emphasis on education, health, self-respect, security and self-reliance. In Haryana, the families whose data was not in the list of 2011, now 7.50 lakh such families have been identified. He said that today Haryana is renowned for its outstanding performance in the field of sports. Haryana players are bringing laurels by bringing medals for the country. The government has set a target of opening 1100 sports nurseries across the state. 500 sports nurseries have been opened so far.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that parties offering temptation to the voters have already exhausted their mandate in the HP. Congress is also trying hard to give new temptation to secure their marginal vote share. But citizens should not get deceived by such gimmicks. Rather, the people should vote and support an honest BJP candidate, Sh. Paramjeet Singh Pammi for his victory.
