Chandigarh, November 15 - A delegation led by Sh. Rahul Kumar, National Deputy President, JFW, Member of Parliament from Germany called on Haryana Chief Minister at his residence, Sant Kabir Kutir, today. During the meeting, the delegation also held detailed discussions for enhancing bilateral trade and investment opportunities.

Expressing interest in giving jobs to the skilled workforce of the state in Europe and Germany, the delegation apprised Sh. Manohar Lal that State Youth has immense potential and they only need to be provided with required skill training. Job opportunities can be given to the State Youth in Europe and Germany after imparting them the required skill training in various fields including nursing, health care and elderly care.

The Chief Minister while emphasizing on providing job opportunities abroad to the youth of Haryana said that the present State Government has set a target of imparting skill training to the Youth in various sectors so as to make them employable in foreign countries. To achieve this target, along with government education, the country’s first Shri Vishwakarma Skill University has been established for imparting skilling to the youth. He asked the delegation to explore other areas of investment as well.

“Haryana works on Heart to Heart model, apart from following B2B, G2G, and B2G etc models. Foreign Cooperation Department has been constituted in Haryana, which is continuously working to establish coordination with foreign companies and various organizations to woo investment in State and increase trade” added Sh. Manohar Lal.

Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh.  Mr. V. Umashankar, Adviser, Foreign Cooperation Department, Sh. Pawan Choudhary, members of the delegation included Dr. Jeelatey Dowksy, Investor in medical field, Sh. Hasim Ciftic, Sh. Raj Kumar, Chairman KFK Organisation Germany and Swami Adatyanath were present in the meeting.
