Chandigarh, January 12- Haryana Chief Minister while chairing the meeting of the District Grievances and Redressal Committee at Faridabad today ordered to hand over the investigation of a complaint received regarding wrongly constructed building, registry and stamp duty related to Sainik Colony, Faridabad to Vigilance. Notably, RMS Kundu, a resident of the colony has raised the complaint regarding these issues before Sh. Manohar Lal during the meeting.
The Chief Minister further directed that after the vigilance investigation, FIR will be registered against those found guilty.
Another complainant, Subhash Mishra, a resident of JJ Camp, said that despite the allocation of the plots given in Aitmadpur Sector-30 Faridabad in the year 1993, he has not yet got possession. The HSVP officers apprised the Chief Minister that there is a list of 388 persons having Delhi IDs. The matter was investigated and after investigation, it was found that 52 applicants were from Delhi.
On this, Chief Minister directed the officers concerned to investigate the entire matter till the next meeting and submit the report.
Sh. Manohar Lal, while ensuring compliance with the orders of NGT under environmental protection, directed the officers concerned to take concrete steps to ensure cleanliness.
The Chief Minister directed the officers concerned to submit a report regarding the status of the construction of foot-over bridges on the NH-2 Mathura Highway from the Badarpur border to Palwal wherever required.
He further directed the officers concerned to give compensation after doing the Giridawari to a farmer of Badshahpur village who has suffered crop damage due to the water of the Agra canal connecting drain.
In the meeting, Chief Minister directed the District Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Gurugram, to investigate the complaint of irregularities in the society raised by Mithila Navyuvak Sangh.
On the complaint of Kanchan Mishra, resident of Surya Vihar Phase-2, regarding non-completion of the work of a road under the AMRUT-I scheme, the Chief Minister directed that the work should be completed at 10 percent additional charge under AMRUT Yojana and if any contractor does not wish to do the same, then the contract should be cancelled. For future work, separate tenders should be floated under the AMRUT-2 scheme, Sh. Manohar Lal.
Later interacting with the media, after the meeting, the Chief Minister said that in the last 8 years, the Faridabad district has progressed in terms of development. While expanding this development scope, the area across the canal has been named Greater Faridabad and public facilities are being provided there.
The needy are getting the benefits of welfare schemes through PPP
Sh. Manohar Lal said that needy people are getting the benefits of the welfare schemes through Parivar Pehchan Patra. PPP IDs of 72 lakh families have been created and the benefits of welfare schemes including CHIRAYU Haryana, Nirogi Haryana are being extended to the eligible people. The government is working in the spirit of Antyodaya, he added.
