Chandigarh, March 20- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while strongly condemning the unparliamentary behavior of MLA Abhay Singh Chautala during the ongoing Budget session of ongoing State Vidhan Sabha said that respecting the Chair is the utmost duty of any Member.

He further said that arguing with the Chair should be against the dignity of the House.

The Chief Minister said that in the House, every Member has equal rights to raise their issues before the Speaker. However, misbehaving with the Speaker certainly is not expected from any member and strict cognizance should be taken against such incidents.
