Chandigarh, March 22 - Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while responding to the issue regarding wrong questions asked in the recently held veterinary surgeon examination, clarified that HPSC can't be held responsible for this issue as the person or agency which sets the question paper is an outsider. Further, this matter is sub-judicious in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, and will accept whatever the court will decide, said Sh. Manohar Lal while speaking during the Question Hour in the ongoing Budget session of the State Vidhan Sabha today.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that the matter related to this recruitment was taken up in the Punjab and Haryana High Court on February 9, 2023. In this, HPSC has to submit an affidavit in court.

He further clarified that being of a sub-judicious nature, no discussion can be held on this issue in the House.
