Chandigarh, May 25 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that development projects have been carried out across the state without prejudice during the last eight and a half years.
“A simple mechanism has been established to provide advantages of public welfare schemes to the common man by bringing all schemes on the IT platform so that the common man can benefit from the schemes while sitting at home,” said Sh. Manohar Lal while addressing a Jan Samvad Programme organized at village Dhani Bathotha in Narnaul constituency in Mahendragarh on Thursday.
During the programme, the Chief Minister extended wishes to three youngsters on their birthdays, Mayank, Annu, and Ompal, and presented them with presents. Apart from this, he also congratulated and encouraged six students, Manish, Deepak, Parikshit, Anshul, Babli, and Sapna, who excelled in class 10th and 12th board exams.
The Chief Minister announced that a gymnasium would be built on 2 acres of land in the village and a pipeline would be laid till Krishnavati River to drain water from the village pond.
During the Samvad, when a woman complained about the illegal encroachment on her plot, the Chief Minister immediately directed the Superintendent of Police to resolve the matter within 7 days. Similarly, on the concerns raised by an elderly person regarding the non-issuance of Ayushman card, Sh. Manohar Lal directed the Additional Deputy Commissioner to ensure the issuance of the same within two days.
The Chief Minister stated that the farmers would soon be compensated for mustard losses due to unseasonal rainfall.
Approval for 23 new roads of Narnaul Assembly
The Chief Minister shared that Gram Panchayats can get development projects done through e-tendering. Not only that, but anybody can also submit a request for village development on the Gram Darshan portal, and the development work will be executed by the concerned department.
He informed that the development works in this village have been done at a cost of about Rs 3 crore. 23 new roads in Narnaul Vidhan Sabha have been approved, asserted, Sh. Manohar Lal.
On merit, 83 village youngsters got jobs
Sh. Manohar Lal said that during the tenure of the present state government, jobs have been awarded to the youth on merit without prejudice. He stated that 83 youths from this village got jobs without any Parchi-Karchi. Besides this, 111 beneficiaries of this village have availed free treatment facilities under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
The Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Sh. Om Prakash Yadav, administrative officers of the district, and many prominent citizens remained present in the Samvad.
