Chandigarh, July 17- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today laid the foundation stone for Jat Bhawan/Dharamshala in Gohana. He said Jat Bhawan will be constructed in Sector 7. On the occasion, he announced Rs. 21 lakh grant for the creation of a digital library in the Bhawan building.
He further stated that the state government had offered jobs to 35 lakh people in the state during the last eight and a half years.
The Chief Minister while addressing the gathering during the foundation laying ceremony said that the Jat community is a leading society that is bringing laurels to the country and the state at the global level in the field of agriculture, army, and sports.
The government provides land to every community according to the demands. Other communities who have also applied for land will be allotted soon, he added.
The Chief Minister stated that he introduced the ‘Haryana Ek Haryanvi Ek ’ slogan in 2014, and that it is still gaining strength today. A person who divides the society on the basis of caste politics cannot ever think of the well-being of the state.
In Haryana, we have emphasised the six S, shiksha, swabhiman, swasthya, suraksha, swavalamban and sushasan (education, self-esteem, health, security, self-reliance, and decent governance).Along with this, three-C (crime, corruption and caste-based politics) have been curbed.
This three-C has caused loss to the state, which we have worked to eliminate. It has resulted in the good outcome that Haryana is now the top choice of industrialists.
He said that “there was formerly a corrupt industry that prevented jobs, transfers, and CLU from being done without money. We have put an end to this dishonesty business, which people now support since young people are being hired on merit”.
The Chief Minister said that there are leaders in the Congress who do not agree with each other, and dozens of leaders sleep everyday with the dream of becoming the Chief Minister. The BJP has made more than three lakh panna pramukhs, but we do not flaunt our strength.
"A Congress leader does a lot of drama, sometimes gets on a truck and sometimes goes to the fields. It is good that they come here again and again because wherever they go, the Congress gets divided” he added.
Meanwhile, BJP state president Sh. Om Prakash Dhankar welcomed and thanked the Chief Minister for laying the foundation stone of the Jat Bhawan. He stated that by inviting all communities on this occasion, the BJP has strengthened Sabka Saath-Sabka Vikas-Sabka Vishwas policy.
Dignitaries including Sonipat, MP, Sh. Ramesh Kaushik, MP, Sh. Sanjay Bhatia, MLA, Sh. Mohan Lal Badauli, MLA, Sh.Nirmal Chowdhary remained present on the occasion.
