  • Chandigarh, September 4- Haryana Public Works Minister, Rao Narbir Singh has fulfilled about 30 years long pending demand of people of village Hamirpur of district Gurugram, While giving this information, a official spokesman said that district Gurugram is though considered as the leading district of Haryana but even after 70 years of independence, village Hamirpur was one such village which was not connected to road from any side.
  • This village has about 100 houses and it falls under Wazirpur Panchayat. The people of this village used to go to their village through wazirpur where road was constructed only till the railway line and after which un-mettled road of about half km till Hamirpur. Similarly, the route to village Hamirpur from village Khentawas was of 1.75 km, which was un-mettled and Hamirpur is at .75 km from village Gadhi.
  • Rao Narbir Singh had got prepared a proposal to construct a new road from Village Khentawas till Village Hamirpur, by Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board.
