- Chandigarh, Sept 21- Haryana Government has directed all the administrative secretaries that all Nodal Officers of the 47 blocks under Parivartan Scheme should visit at least one village in their block to ensure that the entire fresh and previously accumulated solid waste and gobar is collected and transported out of the abadi to any appropriate place in the village or a nearby town before October 2, 2018, with people’s participation.
