  • Chandigarh, November 19: Haryana Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal today claimed that BJP would again form government at the Centre under the leadership of Mr Narendra Modi  by winning 350 seats. He said under the guidance of Mr Mr Modi, the Party would win all the ten lok sabha seats in Haryana.
  • Mr Manohar Lal was addressing a mammoth Jan  Vikas Rally at village Sultanpur, district Gurugram today where Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi inaugurated two projects and laid the foundation stone of one project.
  • The Chief Minister said that five years back in 2013, Mr Narendra Modi had called upon the people in Rewari for ensuring the victory of BJP in the 2014 Parliamentary elections. With the blessing of the people, the BJP came to power. Now, he has again visited Haryana on the same day, that is, November 19 which can be termed as start of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections. He said that Mr Modi has fulfilled his promise of ‘One Rank One Pension’ which he made to the people in Rewari.
  • Mr Manohar Lal said that this is Mr Modi’s eleventh visit to Haryana and this has reflected his deep association with the people of the State. While describing Haryana as a state of Jawan, Kisan and Pehalwan, he thanked Mr Modi for giving one rank one pension for the ex-servicemen and giving significant rise in MSP to farmers. He said that nobody would have even thought that the Bajra would be sold at higher rates than wheat and farmers of south Haryana have been particularity benefited from this, he added.
  • He said that the present State Government has completed the back log in government jobs. He said that 30,000 candidates have joined their place of postings. Apart from this, test for 18,000 posts of Group D has been conducted and the result would be declared within a month. He said that recruitment to the Group D posts had not been made in the last 15 years. He said that 20,000 more jobs would be given to the youth soon. Apart from this, 1.25 lakh jobs have been provided in the industrial sector and three lakh more jobs would be provided in this sector to the people in the State. He said that Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, village Dudhola, Palwal would be first skill university of the country where wide range of courses would be offered to the youth to make them skilled so that they could get employment.
  • While referring to the Ayushman Bharat-Health Protection Scheme, the Chief Minister said that there are 15.50 lakh families in the State which could get benefit of health cover of upto Rs five lakh. He said that 50,000 have got themselves registered under the scheme and in two just months, 1500 beneficiaries have availed the benefit under the scheme. Now, the people need not take loan or mortgage their property for the medical treatment, he added.
  • He described the Kudli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway as the lifeline for the people of Haryana. He said that more industries would come up along the expressway. Apart from this, as the vehicles coming from other states would not be have to enter into Delhi, which will help NCR areas like Gurugram and Faridabad in reducing pollution. He said that the State Government is developing Hisar Airport and looking forward for assistance of the Central Government for the same.
  • He said that Haryana is the first state in the country to give Rs 6 crore to the gold medal winner players in Olympics. Apart from this, 10 per cent jobs in Group D posts have been reserved for outstanding sports persons.

  • Chandigarh, November 19- Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani will conduct Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test (HTET) on January 5 and 6, 2019. The information related to the examination is available on the official website of the Board www.bseh.org.in and http://htetonline.com.
  • This was jointly informed by the Chairman of Board, Dr Jagbir Singh and Secretary of Board, Capt. Manoj Kumar in a press conference today.  
  • The interested candidates could apply online for HTET exam on websitehttp://htetonline.com from November 19 to November 30, 2018. Before applying online, the candidates must read carefully the important guidelines given on information bulletin on the board’s website to ensure their eligibility. After successful submission of online application and deposit of examination fees, the candidates would take print out of two copies of the confirmation page (center and candidate copy).
  • Dr. Jagbir Singh said that the candidates could also make corrections in their particulars, other details and selection of subject (level 2 and 3) from November 21 to December 3, 2018 online.
  • He said that after November 30, 2018, submission of online applications and after December 3, 2018, online correction in particulars, and other details would not be allowed.  No plea in this regard would be accepted.

  • Chandigarh, November 19 – Terming the allegation of KMP being unsafe for commuters leveled by Congress leader Mr. R.S Surjewala as irresponsible and ridiculous, Haryana Industries Minister, Mr. Vipul Goel today said that left to the Congress, Kundli Manesar Palwal Express way (KMP) would not have opened for yet another decade.
  • In a sharp reaction to the allegation of Congress, Mr. Vipul Goel said that the Third Party Safety Auditor in their report dated November 14, 2018 has found “the project road to be safe and reliable.” Further after a review of this report, the Independent Consultant had also on November 17, 2018 recommended that “the Expressway can be opened to traffic.” He said that both the Third Party Safety Auditor and the Independent Consultant had recommended operating the highway @80 KMPH for cars and @60 KMPH for trucks for the first month “to enable familiarization of road users to entry/exit points at interchange.” The concessionaire has accordingly been advised by HSIIDC and has provided signboards depicting these speed limits and as well deployed sufficient number of marshals at entry/exit point.
  • He said that Mr. R.S. Surjewala should better devote his energies to introspection on the huge cost escalation due to prolonged delay during ten years of the Congress Government and also on the gigantic economic cost and grave health hazards to the people of North India.
  • Chandigarh, November 19: While dedicating three major projects to the people of Haryana, the Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi said that the while the Kundli- Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway and Mujesar-Ballabhgarh metro link would bring revolution in the field of connectivity, Shri Vishwakarma Skill University would give renewed strength to the youth.

  • Earlier, he inaugurated 83.320 kms long Kundli-Manesar  section of  Kundli-Manesar-Palwal  Expressway also know as  western peripheral expressway and Mujesar-Ballabhgarh metro link through remote. He also laid the foundation stone of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, village Dudhola, Palwal. On this occasion, Mr Narendra Modi and Chief Minister, Mr Manohar Lal also flagged off first train on this route from Raja Nahar Singh Station Ballabhgarh.
  • While paying rich tributes to the fallen heroes of the Indian Army during the Rezang La battle of Ladhak which completed its 56 years yesterday only,  Mr Modi said that soldiers led by Paramvir Chakra recipient Major Shaitan Singh showed indomitable courage while fighting with the enemy, most of them hailing  from Haryana. He described Haryana as Himmat, Honsala, Hosh and Humsafar.
  • Mr Modi said that this day assumes a special significance for Haryana as the entire over 135 kms long KMP Expressway has been completed with the inauguration of 83.320 kms long Kundli-Manesar section of the Expressway today.  The first phase of the Expressway had been completed  and made operation two years back, he added.  
  • While taking a dig at the previous government, he said that the  occasion today also gives as the opportunity to draw comparison between the working culture of present BJP government and previous Congress Government. He said the work on this Expressway could have been completed 8-9 years ago  but this is the result of the delaying tactics adopted by the previous government that it took 12 years to complete this expressway. He reminded that this Expressway was to be used in the Common Wealth Games but ironically the Expressway suffered the same fate as the games. He said that owing to the progress of the project reviewed by him at the central level and urgency shown by the State Government, the people of the State got this long awaited project today.
  • Without naming any party, the Prime Minister further said “Atkane aur Latkane Wali Sanskriti” has made the people of Haryana and Delhi NCR suffered a lot. He said that the KMP Expressway project was conceived at an estimated cost of Rs 1200 crore but due to delay in the work, the cost of the project increased to three times. Had the Expressway completed on time, the traffic system in Delhi could have been improved.
  • He said that now with the completion of this Expressway vehicles coming from the states would not be required to enter Delhi. As a result of this the number of vehicles entering into Delhi would be considerable reduced which would also help  in reducing the level of pollution in Delhi and nearly areas. He said that the present Central Government is laying special emphasis on economy, environment, ease of living and ease of travelling.
  • The Prime Minister said that with the linking of Ballabhgarh to Mujesar through metro link today, Ballabhgarh has made its mark on the metro map. This would not only facilitate the people going to Delhi but also save their time and money. He said that the considering better connectivity as the medium of prosperity, special focus has been laid on road, rail, water and highway connectivity. He said that efforts are being made to ensure on those alternate medium of transport which consumes less time and low cost and also friendly to the environment. Electric train is the step in this direction, he added.
  • He said that during the four years tenure of the present government, 33,000 kms long Highways has been constructed at a cost of more than Rs three lakh crore. He said that the number of Highway constructed by the present government in four years is much more than the number of Highways constructed by the previous government in seven-and-a-half years. He said that prior to 2014, 12 kilometer highways were constructed in a single day whereas, 27 kilometers highways are constructed today. Under the Bharat Mala Project, constructions of 35,000 kilometers Highways are under progress. Special emphasis is also being given towards improving rail connectivity. Speed of trains has been increased and railway stations have been made modernized. Apart from this, train without engine is also ready to run on the track.
  • He said that similarly, work is also being done on harnessing the potential of water resources. More than 100 water ways are being developed. He said that for the first time cargo container  has reached to Banaras through Ganga. He said that UDAN scheme has been launched to provide affordable air travel.
  • He said that under the Digital India, each gram panchayat in the country is being connected with the broad band facility. He said that during the previous government, only 59 panchayats were linked with optical fiber. Contrary to this, the present Government has so far connected more than one lakh gram panchayats with optical fiber.
  • The Prime Minister said the he is happy that apart from providing government jobs, the present State government is imparting skill education to the youth to make them employable. Shri Vishwakarma Skill University is a huge step in this direction. He said that this university would help the youth to train themselves according to the changing needs of the market.
  • He said that Haryana is a leading state in the country in terms of exports. The 22,000 Micro, Medium and Small Enterprises (MEMEs) in the State have a big role in this achievement. He said that this University would also further strengthen the MSME sector in the State as it would produce zero defect and zero effect products. He said that 12 significant decisions have been taken to further strengthen MSME sector. He said that now the small  traders associated with GST could get loan  worth upto Rs one crore in just 59 minutes. These decisions were in addition to the decision taken for the improving marking scope, he added.
  • The Prime Minister said that present Government wanted to give strength to trader and pace to youth. To ensure that their concept do not get financial crunch, schemes like Startup India and Stand up India has been started. He said that the present Government has also made the life of women more easy be it through the construction of nine crore toilets under swach bharat abhiyan or distribution of six crore gas cylinders under the Ujawala scheme. He also appreciated the sportsperson of Haryana for winning medals in commonwealth games, Asian games and other sports competitions of national and international level.
  • He said that the present BJP Government be it in Haryana or Rajasthan  or in other States are working with the spirit of Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas. He said that people of Haryana too are also giving their wholehearted support to these efforts of the government.
  • Chandigarh, Nov 19: The Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi dedicated the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway also called as Western Peripheral expressway to the people of the State from village Sultanpur district Gurugram today. The expressway which is 136.65 km long has been built at a cost of Rs. 6434 crore including land acquired at a cost of Rs 2,788 crore and construction done at a cost of Rs.3646 crore.
  • It is pertinent to mention that the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway was rescheduled to be completed by February 19, 2019 but has been completed before the fixed date.
  • Various facilities have been provided on KMP expressway for the convenience of commuters including vetiver grossing which easily absorbs carbon particles. Fountains, historical and cultural monuments connected to Shrimad Bhagwad Gita and Yoga have been placed at various locations to improve the aesthetic look of the expressway.
  • Apart from this, near toll plaza a world class Art and Culture Gallery has been set up to depict the project development history through 3D Holographic models. For the convenience and safety of commuters, trauma centre and police patrolling vehicle have been deputed. And in every 14 Km, one ambulance and one recovery van with a helpline number have been stationed for speedy response in case of accidents or emergencies. The Expressway has been developed as a green corridor. The KMP expressway has been constructed by 200 engineers and 2500 labourers.
  • Thus construction of this expressway would provide high speed link of Northern Haryana with Southern Districts and provide uninterrupted high-speed link for traffic, especially Commercial traffic, from Haryana to neighbouring States. It would also decongest the road traffic from Delhi and thereby reduce pollution.
  • Chandigarh, November 19- The Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi today laid the foundation stone of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, village Dudhola, Palwal from village Sultanpur in district Gurugram by pressing the button. A sum of over Rs 1,000 crore would be spent on setting up this University.
  • This Skill University would impart skill training to the youth and encourage them to be self employed. The university campus at village Dudhola, would be developed over 82.7 acres. This year, tenders amounting to Rs 389.24 crore have been floated for construction of university building. The construction work would be carried out in three phases and there is a plan to complete the first phase by 2020.
  • There is a plan to impart GST training to 1,000 youth. He said that under pilot project, 139 youth have so far been imparted training in Hisar, Gurugram, Rohtak, Karnal and Sirsa. Apart from this, the University has imparted entrepreneurship training to 68 students whereas training of German language was imparted to 30 students.
  • The University has signed MoUs with 21 industries for training of different courses. In district Gurugram, youth have been imparted training in cyber security, network security and application security. As per the need of hour, training in communication and life skill has so far been imparted to 1,072 youth of Gurugram, Faridabad, Dharuhera, Ballabhgarh and Palwal in 2018. Under Saksham Certification Programme, training in Communication Skill and Personality Development has so far been imparted to 32 youth. Also, stipend amounting up to Rs 10,000 was being given to students getting training in the university.
  • There is a plan to establish administrative block, auditorium and convention centre, cafeteria, centre of excellence, teaching and non-teaching residential area, separate hostels for boys and girls, shopping centre, health centre, community centre, stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool, sports and recreational facility, feeder school and common facility in proposed campus of the University.
  • Chandigarh, November 19- The Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Ballabhgarh Metro link connecting  Escorts Mujesar – Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) section with the Kashmere Gate – Escorts Mujesar from village Sultanpur in district Gurugram.
  • The 3.2 km long Escorts Mujesar – Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) section of the Kashmere Gate – Escorts Mujesar corridor also known as the Violet Line is now ready for passenger operations.  This extension of Delhi Metro's Violet Line consists of two stations – Sant Surdas (Sihi) and Raja Nahar Singh.   Ballabhgarh has become the fourth city in Haryana to get Metro connectivity after Gurugram, Faridabad and Bahadurgarh. After the opening of this extension, the entire Kashmere Gate – Raja Nahar Singh Metro corridor will become 46.6 kilometres long.
  • Currently, 25.8 km of Metro lines are operational across Haryana. After the opening of this section, the total length of Metro kilometres in Haryana will become 29 kilometres. All trains running on this section are manufactured in India.
  • The work of this section of Metro Line was started in February, 2015. The Escorts Mujesar – Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) section will be extremely crucial from the point of view of connectivity for the city of Ballabhgarh, Faridabad, South-East Delhi and Central Delhi areas. Ballabhgarh is an upcoming urban settlement which is an industrial city. Large numbers of people travel every day for their professional requirements from Ballabhgarh to Delhi and vice-versa. This corridor will be of help to these people.
  • The Raja Nahar Singh Station in Ballabhgarh would now connect Ballabhgarh Interstate Bus Terminal and Ballabhgarh Railway Station. This station is five storey building having two commercial floors above track level. This station is having parking on the other site of the National Highway–2 which will be directly connected to the station via a Foot Over Bridge. Similarly, Sant Surdas (Sihi) Station has been set up near National Council for Cement and Building Material Institute. Lifts and escalators facility has been provided on both stations.
