- Chandigarh, September 1 - Haryana Chief Minister participated in 3rd centenary celebrations of Bhai Ghaniya Sahib Ji at Dera Sant Nishchal Singh ji, Gurudwara Thara Sahib Joriyan in Yamuna Nagar and declared the 3rd centenary Sandesh Yatra as State Guest Yatra.
- Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that today he felt honoured by being present in the 3rd centenary of Bhai Ghaniya Sahib. He said that Bhai Ghaniya ji, also called Bhai Kanhaiya Sahib, is a true exemplary of service to humanity, who gave the message to the people to serve the society. He said that this Sandesh Yatra would continue for 20 days. The Chief Minister and other dignitaries were honored with a saropa on this occasion.
