- Chandigarh, Sept 14- The Vice-Chancellor, Dr Baldev Kumar of Shri Krishana Ayush University, Kurukshetra said that Prof. Anil Sharma has been appointed as Nodal Officer to coordinate with Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak for smooth conduct of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and D-Pharma examinations and for declaring the results.
- While taking immediate action on the appeal of students of BAMS and D-Pharma, the Vice-Chancellor today held a meeting with the administration of university. He directed the officials to take actions to resolve the long pending demand of students.
- During the meeting, all demands of the students were sympathetically considered. Directions were issued to immediately resolve demands raised by the students. He said that the concerned departments would be requested for the construction of footpath on either sides of road leading to college and hostel so that they do not facing any problem.
- The demand of separate identity card other than library card would be fulfilled soon. Apart from this, the facility of free Wi-Fi facility would be provided in the university campus, for which directions have been issued for immediately start the procedure. Daily newspapers would be delivered in hostel and a newspaper stand would also be put in place in the hostel.
- He said that a committee had been constituted to resolve the problems of students related to drinking water, maintenance of building, generator facility and sports. The committee would take immediate action in this regard and submit its report. For meeting other demands, the concerned senior officers would be contacted.
